Polar Pals

One thing I really find fun about Google is the way that its artists celebrate holidays, anniversaries and other special occasions with custom graphics. Yesterday morning, Google's "winter holiday graphic" introduced us to a couple of polar bears who were anticipating snow. Throughout the day, as I returned to Google numerous times while completing the tasks that remained before I could begin my "winter holiday," I was delighted to find the bears surrounded by more and more snow. As I write this, a snowball fight appears imminent.

So, it looks like our polar pals will have a white Christmas, or whatever "winter holiday" bears celebrate. (I'm thinking Christmas. I distinctly remember seeing polar bears hanging out with Santa on a Coca~Cola can.)

Thanks, Google, for bringing me snow for Christmas, even in Arizona!
